Having vast experience in Manufacturing & trade, he has spent time over the years by visiting workshops in India & abroad to learn finer points of various spares due to which the products are appreciated for its workmanship & ease in fitment. Has built an organization with ability to learn & translate that learning into results.

At age 31, Diven has been in business since the past 10 years . He has gained vast experience in the company by travelling to several countries, interacting with fitment centers, understanding the intricacies of each markets and incorporating the improvements in various products. He was been instrumental in establishing the state of the art in-house Quality Control department.
